Fashion Week 2014

After months of planning, Fashion Week of Rochester 2014 was a great success.  This year, we tried to amp up the production as we projected the show on 2 huge screens within the space, making sure that no seat in the house was a bad one.  We also used 3 cameras to live switch the show and with the help of Cheshire A/V were able to record all three cameras.  Just for fun, we also had our F5 shooting some of the festivities in 120 fps which looks great.  Stay tuned for more updates or learn more about the project

Wrapping Up Dedicated to Justice

We are now moving into color correction, music composition, and audio mixing is a great relief as Judge Telesca had a chance to watch a close to finished rough and approved the film.  As a filmmaker it was a great relief for him to give me the sign off as I wanted to make this film after I first met him and hoped that not only capturing his story, but the essence of the man was just as important.  Let's see where this ends up.

The Intrepid keeps on winning

As of March, 2014 The Intrepid: Discovering Lincoln's Balloon Corps. has been accepted into multiple film festivals and has won A bronze telly.

The Documentary came about when Peter Arnold, Executive Director at the Genesee Country Village & Museum approached Malcolm and Matthew to document the Village's recreation of Thaddeus Lowe's Intrepid Balloon, the first aeronautical reconnaissance used during the Civil War.  A fascinating story with Shakespearean drama, the 30 minute documentary, premiered at The Eastman Theatre in Rochester and aired on WXXI 10 days later.

Currently, we are working on distribution deals to make the documentary available nationwide.
